About us
Welcome to Shekinah Avenue
Where glory dwells
Shekinah Avenue is a new testament and new creation-based ministry. It emphasizes the Father's love, Christ's work for us, and the Holy Spirit's work in us. This understanding introduces the believer into a cheerful commitment to serving the kingdom purposes and plans of God.
Our name "Shekinah" comes from the Hebrew word for God's dwelling presence — the visible manifestation of His glory. We believe in creating an atmosphere where God's presence is tangible and lives are transformed.
Whether you're seeking answers, looking for community, or wanting to grow deeper in your faith, you'll find a home here at Shekinah Avenue.
Our Vision & Mission
The Glory Mandate
Our mission is to leverage the grace of God and utilize teaching, preaching, praying, prophesying, and the demonstrations of the Spirit to minister the Glory mandate and reach the world, beginning from Ghana.
Raising Sons
The Father's desire is to impart the revelation of sonship, the highest privilege of humanity, where we discover our true image by gazing into the perfect law of liberty. As we learn to yield to the Spirit's cry of 'Abba, Father,' we are awakened to the true nature of God and empowered to express His glorious life through us according to His eternal plan.
Training Kings
This mandate educates believers in the divine life, training them to walk in nobility through the gift of righteousness and the abundance of grace. Eternal life, having conquered the grave, empowers us to live and reign boldly above sickness, lack, poverty, and death.
Birthing Ministers
Rooted in our love for service, this mandate empowers us by the love of Christ to lay down our lives for evangelism and discipleship. Our values are realigned so every gift, profession, opportunity, and moment is devoted to the salvation and transformation of humanity.
Awakening Worshippers
This mandate awakens hearts to respond fully to the love of God revealed in Christ, as our souls continually magnify the Lord for what Jesus has done. With minds fixed on His love and lives surrendered, every sense and confession becomes an expression of His glory and Lordship.
Creating Wealth
This mandate equips believers to steward the resources of the earth as heirs of God's inheritance. Faith in the blessing is activated to release abundance, fullness, and purpose-driven prosperity.
Global Lead Pastor
Apostle Sydney Quaye
Apostle Sydney Quaye, affectionately known as APOSTLE, is the Global Lead Pastor of Shekinah Avenue and the President of Apostle Sydney Quaye (ASQ) Ministries. A man deeply rooted in love for God and people, APOSTLE carries a pastoral heart that reflects Christ in both word and deed.
He is married to the ever-gracious Lady Pastor Renny Osei-Barimah Quaye, and together they are blessed with three beautiful daughters.
As an affable and spirit-filled minister of the Gospel, APOSTLE is passionately committed to heralding the truth of the New Testament. He is deeply devoted to the divine mandate of unveiling the sacrifice of Christ and helping believers clearly see and embrace all that was fully accomplished for them at Calvary. His ministry is marked by an unwavering focus on new creation realities, anchored in the finished work of Christ.
Through prayer, teaching, counseling, and genuine pastoral care, he walks closely with believers, guiding them into deeper intimacy with God. His burning desire is to see men and women awakened to their true identity in Christ, living confidently in the fullness of their inheritance and manifesting the life, love, and power of Christ in every sphere of life.
